Low THC Medical Cannabis has been approved by the State of Florida for use for certain medical ailments.

 

Medical marijuana is available in Florida, however, remains illegal under federal law.

Individuals must be evaluated by a medical doctor for at least three months prior to recommendation being given to the State of Florida for use of Low THC medical marijuana to aid in the relief of their medical condition.
